I can’t say enough how amazing Candice was to work with. She went above and beyond any realtors job description. Very personalized treatment from a kind professional wonderful human being. It was not easy after hurricane Ian hit but she stayed with us throughout the journey and ultimately made the sale happen. Amy did a great job helping with the purchase of our home. her professionalism and her sincere caring nature was a blessing throughout the entire process. She really was there every step of the way helping in anyway possible, with information or any questions we had. She also stayed in touch regularly with phone calls and text checking in to make sure everything was okay and we were comfortable throughout the process. I can honestly say she went beyond what i would expect from any realtor. At the closing she was present and even though the process is for the most part straight forward she took a defensive stance for us as her clients making sure everything was in proper order. i cant imagine anyone would be disappointed with her services, guidance and representation. I have done 4 real estate with Kim Ellis and for myself, there is no other realtor that I would ever use. Kim has always had my best interest in mind and truly cares about her clients. Kim goes above and beyond in so many ways that other realtors do not do. Transactions and communication is fantastic, even during non business hours she makes sure she is available. Once again, I cannot say enough about what a great realtor Kim Ellis is, and a fabulous asset to John R. Wood realty.

Amy was wonderful from the beginning to the end. I had a complicated medical condition arise as soon as went under contract that required most of my attention throughout the process of the purchase of our home. I was so grateful to have Amy on my side as she took care of everything, carefully watched our timelines, and was constantly communicating with our lender, title office, the listing agent and even our inspectors to make sure everything was done on time. When we asked a question, Amy had answers and would thoroughly provide supporting documents and phone numbers for the needed people. We were very impressed with Amy’s professionalism, communication, and friendliness throughout the whole process!
