Pat demonstrated the patience and understanding to show me a tremendous amount of properties so I can see what was available in the market where I was not familiar. He showed me a variety of neighborhoods explaining the amenities and benefits of each area. After identifying the areas that were of great interest, Pat then met with myself and my wife to bring our choice down to a unit we selected and truly feel was a great value. He was very helpful with the coordination of the offers and then the steps necessary to get the purchase closed. If you want a professional that knows the area and has the ability to put you into the property you can be completely satisfied with you have found the right agent.
