Dave spent the time to explain the marketing advantages of John R, Wood,the market, pricing stradegy. After an offer was made gave his opinion on where we stood at that moment. I did not feel pressured to accept the offer. Negotiations went back and forth, again, with no pressure from Dave. During the whole process I was aware that the amount of this sale is fairly paultry in your market but I never got that feeling from Dave, he gave me the impression that this sale was as important to him as it was to me and my folks.

Mr. Newman was an outstanding agent. He was very responsive and took excellent care of us during the process of acquiring a property in Florida. He was very professional and honest.
