Mike Dodge was a pleasure to work with. He helped us to sell my father’s condo after he passed away, easily handling the complexity of my brothers and all I all living in different states and the condo being held in a trust. Mike is trustworthy, down to earth, and tells it like it is. He was very knowledgeable about the area, and stays on top of the data of home sales in the area. He has a particular strength in negotiations, and his advice during some tricky price and inspection-related negotiations was invaluable. He worked very hard for us, and was always willing to make a stop by the property to let in a contractor, or make phone calls and do internet research to find out answers to any and all questions. Even in the difficult economy of winter 2010, he was able to help us to sell our property in a timely fashion. I cannot recommend Mike highly enough.
