Pat Dearborn is the best real estate agent I've ever worked with and I've worked with a lot. His meticulous attention to detail and knowledge of legal documents and Florida real estate law and practices made this deal happen. Pat made sure our deal got done right despite several challenges on the seller and financing sides that were somewhat beyond his control. He's a 5 star person too!
