We were looking for a vacation home in Florida as we reside in Chicago. Janice was extremely helpful and very responsive. She was the BEST relator we have ever worked with. We flew down for two days to look at 20 different homes that she set up for us. We thought it was going to be quite the process but it was so much fun! We had a great time with her. Her professionalism mixed with her emotion of actually truly caring about finding us the perfect home made us so comfortable. She has a binder with everything printed out for us on each home we visited. She was extremely organized and this binder allowed us to keep all the homes organized and our thoughts about each one. Recently Kim sold our condo for us, if you are looking for a realtor to use for buying/selling please give Kim a call. We found Kim to be very communicative, knowledgeable and strategic.
