Samantha did an amazing job presenting my previous home and sold it within a day when other homes in the area were not selling. After the sale she worked relentlessly to find me a home that met my criteria for age, style, location, features, and price. She did all of this in less than a month and was a great liaison for dealing with the lawyers. Having Samantha represent me as both a seller and a buyer proved to me that she is a top notch realtor.

Gayle demonstrated her knowledge and experience of Naples real estate by finding us the perfect home. We gave Gayle a most-wanted and not-wanted list and the price range we wanted to stay within and we only gave her two weeks to locate all the properties, send to us out-of-state for evaluation, then set up appointments for our arrival. We only had 3 days to be in Naples, find a home, make an offer, and leave with a home under contract and that's exactly what Gayle helped us acommplish. Short of amazing, Gayle followed-up on every detail of the contract, stayed in constant communication, negotiated a great price, and helped us even after we moved in with some last minute details that we couldn't be here to take care of.
