We found Danielle on-line when we asked for more information on a particular property and she called us back. The minute we spoke on the phone I knew we would be the perfect match. Her well-mannered voice and charming personality told it all. She knows the Ft Myer and Cape Coral Real Estate Market very well making it easy for us from out of town. She help us find our condo for our semi-retirement years. The closing was prolong due to the lending institution & FEMA's requirements on building flood insurance but she stayed on top of things, kept us well informed and guided us every step of the way until closing. Not only did we gained an outstanding Professional Realtor but we now also have a friend in Cape Coral. I would definitely recommend Danielle to anyone!

I met Jaclyn when I was looking for a condo to rent in Pelican Landing while looking for a condo to purchase. This was the first time that I had ever rented and she did an excellent job helping me find a very nice comfortable property. Jaclyn, followed up on my happiness with the rental and I mentioned looking for a permanent place. She began sending me listings and after looking at numerous properties (I had quite a list of "must haves" which included a great tennis facility) she found the perfect one for me that had not made the MLS yet! She was patient and great fun to look at places with. Please consider Jaclyn as your realtor. She listened to what I was looking for and diligent in finding the perfect condo. She answered my incessant questions, as I was not familiar with associations and the area, with a great energetic patient attitude. I will definitely use her again and refer her! Thank you Jaclyn! Linda is an excellent realtor. She is knowledgeable and persistent. She helped drive the sale to the end. Linda was able to assist in getting things done. She involved herself in work that I believe most realtors would not do, For example, she coordinated the clean-up of the unit. Linda's help in navigating the sale of the unit at an acceptable price was critical.

Lenka is a great realtor and a very positive and professional individual. Our closing was delayed because of the buyers lender, Lenka really worked hard to get them to finalize the loan. Even on vacation she was involved. We sold our house in a very challenging market and are grateful we had Lenka to navigate this difficult situation.
