Kevin was recommended to us through a friend in Knoxville, TN. I interviewed him several times to understand his marketing approach for our property. What a great decision it was to select Kevin! He gave us valuable statistical data and personal insight regarding the marketing of our property. He brought such positive energy into our home. In addition, Kevin is an excellent communicator – we received timely phone calls and regular reports. We didn’t need too many weekly reports, because we had 3 offers in the 1st week the house was on the market! Results speak volumes about Kevin’s work. Closings are generally challenging, and this one was no different. Kevin kept on top of the issues and worked with the attorney and his office to resolve problems that crept up! Kevin is one of the most thoughtful and professional real estate agents that I have ever worked with on a purchase. It’s clear he loves what he does and strives to provide the best experience for his clients. From the initial meeting, Kevin took the time to get to know me and fully understand my unique situation and needs. He researched communities and presented detailed specifics on those communities that made it easy for me to make decisions on what properties I wanted to see. This saved a tremendous amount of time not looking at properties that did not meet my expectations. Kevin is a great communicator and is available anytime he is needed.
