David did a tremendous job with a condo that was in bad shape. He developed a plan for getting certain new appliances and carpeting. He orchestrated a serious cleaning project, junk disposal, screen replacement and patio and garage renewal. He also organized the move of the former tenant who was a family member of the owners. Then when we put the condo on the market, he gave us expert pricing advice. He explained what to expect from numerous bids and made a good recommendation on how to select the most favorable bid. This sounds like a lot of work and it was. And David did that on a $600,000 condo!

I was referred to Amy by a friend who also bought a new home from her. Our experience far exceeded the experience our friend had told us to expect. We were not easy or straightforward clients as we had to sell our home in another state while buying our new home, and we travel extensively for business, making our availability scarce. Jenny Beach worked extremely hard to market, sell, and get the transaction to the close by working with the agents for the buyers as this was a complex transaction. She assisted with the inspection repairs and has knowledge and experience with local contractors. She went above and beyond to close this transaction after acceptance of the Purchase Agreement. Jenny and her team were very responsive and professional.
