David went above and beyond in his level of service. With my wife and I being located out of state he handled everything from the inspection, walk throughs and getting connected with the association. He was prompt in all his responses and kept us up to date on all the happenings.

There are Real Estate agents, then there are super stars who really care about their craft. Alice is just that, a super star. My wife and I have been looking for a home on Marco Island for 5+ years. Every agent I dealt with wanted a quick sale and never took the time to work with us, never mind keep in touch when we traveled back home. Alice literally kept in touch once a month, sometimes more if needed, just to make sure we were still all on the same page. She kept in touch, worked very hard and finally when it came time that we found the perfect home, she got the sale. It was a quick sale, close and transaction that was incredibly smooth thanks to Alice. I mention to her after it was completed, that she was the only agent that ever cared enough to not care about a quick sale and did the right thing, her response was: "I just love what I do". That sums it up right there. I would recommend Alice to anyone out there that needs a perfect agent. We couldn't be happier.

Babs Maughan was exceptionally helpful, professional, and effective. She represented three of us (in three different states) as sellers. She helped prepare and stage our condo to be more presentable and attractive than other comparable units in the market. She utilized multiple avenues and platforms to advertise our property and spent many hours showcasing our property during open houses and appointments. She kept a close pulse on market conditions and comparable sales to position our listing in an advantageous yet adaptable level. She was ultimately successful negotiating the sale of our property, despite a depressed sales market. She handled buyer demands in a fair manner, arranged the closing in an expeditious manner, while accommodating vacation schedules, and coordinated the disposition of furnishing. Babs was always available, very responsive, and acted in a timely manner. She communicated her ideas, insight, and advice frequently and clearly. Babs was a pleasure to work with and I would hire her again the next time I am in the market to buy or sell real estate.

First we tried to sell our home ourselves; without luck. So we looked at a realtor and heard a lot of bad experiences. A friend recommended Annemarie. We met Annemarie and had a good feelding -> This lady knows what she wants. So we took our chance with Annemarie. She is very flexible, looked after our house, organized many open houses and so on. She was really active trying to sell our property. Her work was successfull and she found a potential buyer. That is when the paperwork started: permits, inspections, closing date and so on. In this phase we really appreciated Annemarie's work. She organized everything. Without Annemarie we could not have sold our house being abroad. I do not know what else Annemarie could have done to help us. She managed before we knew. She was great. If I ever sell a house again, Annemarie will be our realtor!
