Butch was very helpful and knowledgeable in the selection phase. He has extensive local knowledge which was very helpful. And he was very patient as we previewed several homes. Once we found our dream home he provided the perfect amount of “hand-holding” to guide us to the we moved in. He even showed up on move-in day to check on us and our home. What’s more, we listed our existing home on Marco with Butch and it was sold within a month! We would highly recommend Butch to anyone looking to buy or sell property on Marco Island.
