A few years ago my husband and I contacted Rowan referencing a listing he had which resulted in him scheduling properties we might have interest in purchasing. We were in hopes a property we already owned would sell quickly which did not, and has not sold today. We liked Rowan very much and as a former realtor I was aware of the knowledge and service that we should receive. Since the initial contact Rowan has over the these few years kept in contact, not in a worrisome way but in a caring way. Should I call with a question on a property he would give me the necessary time and attention. Last year I found a property on line, called Rowan, he was on site within an hour sending me photos between his appointments. Rowan prepared a contingent contract (to protect us) and we were flying to Naples within 48 hours. This long story fines us enjoying our place in the sun after Rowan diligently worked through a difficult closing with an international seller. We can certainly recommend Rowan and would/will use him again for future purchases.
