We first met Nelson at an open house over two years ago. We told Nelson we were only looking at houses and not ready to buy a house yet. He was very patient and understanding of our situation. After numerous phone calls. text messages, and face time on face book with Nelson. We scheduled a week long visit in June of 2024. The weather was crazy heavy rain and small flooding on the roads. Nelson showed us the houses on our list. We finally found our dream house in Southwest Cape Coral Florida. Nelson’s knowledge of the Cape Coral and expertise of the way house are built in SW Florida made our decision easier to make. Nelson is also very good at giving you ideals how to upgrade or change things to make a home your dream home. Nelson was with us every step of the way during the closing of the house. We were unable to attend our home inspection which Nelson did not hesitate to do for us. We currently live out of state. Nelson has also checked on our house numerous times until we make our move to paradise. We highly recommend Nelson to anybody who is looking for a house or property in SW Florida. Barb handled both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home in Naples. She went beyond our expectations in terms of her diligence and follow through in keeping us up to date on the activity related to the sale of our home. When the buyer was found she followed through on all the details and made sure all necessary approvals and documents were received. On the purchase she was equally diligent in all the details necessary to get to closing and in guiding in us in pricing based upon current market conditions. She even helped us with the move both out and into our new home! We couldn't be more pleased with her efforts and knowledge of the market conditions.

Daniel helped us decide to put up our property for sale, how to prepare it and referred us to the appropriate services. He advised on the right time to list, made suggestions during negotiations and persevered with us through several, different potential offers. We ultimately accepted a purchase offer and Daniel recommended local legal representation. He stayed with us for months, always keeping us informed, responding to our many questions and phone calls/texts in timely fashion. Essentially, he shepherded us to a successful sale.
