It's hard to come up with accolades which fully describe the quality of service which we received from Judy Hansen. Throughout our experience with her, she was professional, energetic and responsive. In our most recent experience which resulted in a purchase, Judy had to navigate some very complex situations. She calmly guided us, managed other brokers and owners as well as helping us to place an existing property on the rental market. A less-skilled professional would not have been able to manage these competing demands. We are grateful to Judy and highly recommend her.

An acquaintance recommended John Wood Properties and we were assigned to Michelle Abner. Michelle is truly an amazing realtor. We were looking for a condo as a second home and she was very knowledgeable about the area and the various communities. We absolutely loved working with her. Even though we were out of state, she kept us up to date and would go look at properties and video tape them or FaceTime us. No ask or request was too much for her and she always did it with a happy heart. After purchase, she is helping us with contacts for painting, repair, etc. She truly is a full service realtor. She is patient, considerate, polite, professional, kind and just an overall wonderful person. We love her.

Daniel Avissato is very professional and courteous. He helped me a lot with my recent purchase of a house. Whenever I had any questions regarding the property, he always responded quickly with useful information. Daniel is always on top of everything, the seller needed to stay a few more days after the closing, when they were ready to move out, Daniel immediately texted me to arrange for me to pick up the keys. If you are buying or selling a house, I would definitely recommend Daniel to be your Real Estate agent.
