Laurie was extremely helpful and had our best interest in mind for our negotiations. She was very professional and dotted all the I's and crossed all the T's. She also helped us navigate the construction process with the builder to get us the house we really wanted. I have already recommended her to several of my friends looking for property in Florida. Her familiarity and understanding of the island and the codes and builder was extremely helpful. We love our new home on Marco and Laurie was a major factor for us in our experience. Randy goes above and beyond to help his clients. He was quick to respond to phone call or text whenever a new listing caught our attention and help us to make arrangement for us to see the properties we were interested in. We live in another state so we needed a trust worthy helpful agent that was willing to help us narrow down our search, in a timely fashion. I have now had Kim help me with both the buying and selling process and she is excellent. I really feel like she cared about finding the right home for us and she wanted to make the sale of our previous home as easy as possible. Kim was by my side every step of the way. We had a difficult closing (due to the very bad loan officer on the buyer's side) and Kim really went to bat for us. She went over and above to make sure things kept moving in the right direction! Kim is definitely someone I want in my corner!
