Patrick learned what is was that attracted us to certain properties which sped up the house hunting process. Since we live out of state, Pat lead the efforts and attended the inspections and made sure corrections were finished. His knowledge of the Fort Myers area helped steer us to look at the right areas for us.

Cathy went above and beyond assisting with our purchase, we came in from Illinois and she picked us up from the airport and and drove us around for 3 days looking at numerous properties . Once we decided on a property she handled all the questions regarding the HOA and even helped us interview several management company. She took all the stress out of the process , we will definitely use her again with our next purchases and I will be recommending her in the future.
