Bill and Deb Savoie were great to work with. They went out of their way to be helpful. The first couple they showed our house to made an offer. Clearly Bill and Deb had done a good job of understanding what those people wanted on purchase. My wife and I had contracted to build a new home in Ocala, FL. Hurricane Ian damaged the roof on our Fort Myers home. It took so long to get a roofing company to replace the roof that we had to close on the house in Ocala before our Fort Myers home could be relisted. When we left our Fort Myers home we paid our long time housekeeper to give the house a through cleaning in preparation for showing. She failed to do that. Rather than have us do a 6 hour round trip to do the work, Bill did it himself. Deb provided our garage door openers to our former next door neighbors so that they could check on the house to make sure things stayed in good shape. We have already recommended Bill and Deb to other friends' who want to list their properties.

My overall experience was a 10 out of 10. Zach was almost always immediately available, especially after I chose a house to bid on. I obtained a VA loan, and I believe the VA folk are stricter wrt market price and offer price. Zach assisted me in the buying / bidding process. His team also assisted in providing POCs for electric, landscape, cable, etc. I’m looking forward to turning the page and plan to move in at the end of July.
