I was browsing in Zillow just looking as I was not ready to buy due to high interest rate. Roger Burch patiently followed up until finally after a year of looking, I found my forever home. Residing 2780 miles west of the US it was difficult since I was not able to look at the homes in Fort Myers personally. I trusted Roger even when my daughter looked at a home she liked and insists I buy. Roger gave me the cons of why not to buy it. He just doesn’t show a house or need a sale , he makes it sure it is worth buying and takes my own welfare first into consideration. His service did not stop there, he referred me to a great lender, provided contacts for utilities to transfer under my name and referred trusted professionals to do the job I need done. i am writing this review on the bus from the city to my new home in NJ. Dan made it possible for us to buy this home because he sold our Staten Island property. Dan was a pleasure to work with. He was always early for a showing, If you called or emailed him he always responded quickly. He always followed up, gave great advice in helping in the sale. He is very professional and has great communication skills. He even offered advice on his personal time when I saw him at the gym! There are many real estate agents out there, in my opinion we chose the best. He deserves more than the 5 stars above .
