I cannot say enough about Maria. She assisted my 86-year-old mother in finding a new home here in SW after she decided to relocate from the Midwest. Blair is a serious, knowledgeable and very professional real estate agent. He followed through on everything he promised and had 4 offers within a day of listing! Great experience. We met Mike Faulkner about 14 years ago and decided to buy a home from him. He was professional, experienced and helpful. The deal didn’t go together, but we remembered Mikes efforts. Fast forward 14 years and this summer we decided to buy the home we had always wanted in Bokeelia. We immediately thought of Mike and called him. Today, he owns the agency, and was every bit as helpful as in the past. We sorted through several options and found our dream home. Small things count. Mike is very thorough and on top of every little detail. His follow up is relentless and he is careful to avoid the mistakes that can ruin a great deal. We worked with Pine Island Realty in the spring of 2018 to sell our home and we couldn't have been more pleased! We feel truly blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Mike Faulkner and the team at Pine Island Realty. My wife and I were treated not only as valued clients but also as friends. One time, I accidentally locked myself out of my house and had no way to get back in. Although, Mike Faulkner was out of town on business, his son Brian Faulkner left his date with his wife to drive several miles back to Pine Island from Fort Myers so that I could get into my house. I can’t say Brian’s wife was happy about the situation but I can say that I was really thankful for his generosity.
