Karen was amazing. She went above and beyond. Last year she found a place for me to rent and this year she helped me find a place to buy. She did a video tour of home and handled everything on the Florida end for me including accompanying the inspector and communication on that end with realtor, sellers, and title agency. Tania is the best agent , she help me from beginning to the closing our mortgage. She really put 100% of her effort to explain thing that we don’t know. Lisa was tremendous..kept us informed on the property and when we were ready to buy, she prepared all the forms, kept in touch continuously via the phone, provided suggestions for the needed resources to assist us in evaluating what was needed on the property and finalized everything through the inspection process, walk-thru and closing. We could not have had a better experience with a realtor and over the years we have dealt with many in the purchase and sales of over 7 properties. Thanks, Lisa!!!!!!!
