I had flown in from New York a few times for the sole purpose of looking for the property and did not want to waste time. Each time I came in Mary was well-organzied and prepared. She showed me units that only fit my criteria, not "just for the heck of it." Mary was always well-versed on the current properties on the market and well aware of their real-time value. My wife and I feel we were very lucky to have Mary as our Realtor.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience while working with Alfonso on the sale of my condo. He always had time to answer any questions or concerns that I had and handled all the details that I could not since I was an out-of-town seller. He provided suggestions for movers, and made sure that my condo was left in perfect condition prior to closing. I am now in the process of buying a new home in Cape Coral, and once again Alfonso has been invaluable in helping me through that process. Michelle is nothing but wonderful from finding our house to selling our other house. She does so much different networking, and she traveled an hour every Sunday for our open house, there and back. She has so much knowledge on every aspect there is to selling a home. Michelle, always and I mean always gets back with you on your phone calls, and that is including evenings if she’s able to. My husband and I recommend her highly. She goes so beyond her duties.
