Bill gave us a great overview of the greater Naples area, showing us all types of communities that met our check list. From there we were able to narrow our search area. The entire process from home selection through closing was seamless. Bill has a great personality plus his knowledge about what to look for when buying a home was just great. He was also able to help us with a few referrals post closing to help us with hurricane preparation.

Brooke Walker was over the top superb….I would give her 12 stars! Her attention to every detail and availability is like no other agent I have worked with (and I was concurrently working with 3 agents in 3 different states!!!) Availability and Honesty were exemplary - made an arduous process manageable and fun. Hard to imagine shes a "new agent" with her current abilities! I have no hesitation in recommending anyone to her!

Tracy was enthusiastic, professional, helpful and always pleasant. She kept track of every detail and kept me informed every step of the way. She found companies and/or workman to complete all the last-minute jobs that had to be done in the condo after we had a contract. I would certainly recommend her to anyone planning to sell property in Naples.

Lynne was extremely helpful and professional from the very beginning. While working remotely with her as we live in Ohio she made this a very simple process. She never made us feel as though we were being pressured into buying something and she listened to our needs. It was also very helpful that she lives in the area and was familiar with locations that would suit our needs. Lynne went beyond what was required and helped us with many things even after the sale was complete. We have already referred someone to Lynne and will continue to do so. John R Wood Properties is fortunate to have Lynne on their team.

This is the second property we have bought with the professional guidance and personal support of Linda. It is difficult to put into words how appreciative we are of Linda's outstanding service. We are not residents of the US which adds a whole range of complexity and challenge to finding and buying a property, Linda has kept us very well informed of all the evolving legislation and ensured that we have everything in order to complete the process. Michelle is an absolutely wonderful person and extremely knowledgeable real estate professional. Having lived in the mid-west my entire life, I had no knowledge of the real estate market in Florida - where to buy, what to avoid, schools, traffic patterns, etc. Michelle listened to our needs and what was important to us and helped us find several homes to consider. After only 2 days, we found a house that checked all our boxes. We have been in the house for about 4 weeks and are still very pleased with our purchase. Having relocated 3 times for work, this is the fastest I have ever found a home. In the past it has averaged about 6-12 months.
