We were introduced to Shawn by our daughter in law who had worked for him in earlier years. Shawn was very knowledgeable and easy to work with which made us feel comfortable while maneuvering thru the sales agreement terms. This had been our snowbird residence for the past 29 years, so a lot of emotions prevailed, which he handled very well. We are downsizing to a condo in the Lakewood Ranch area near Sarasota and received a gift certificate from Shawn to a well known restaurant in the area, so we promised him a full report . Kimberly and Tyler did an exceptional job with the sale of our existing property and in finding us a new residence. Jonathan was a blessing to me and my husband. My husband died 5 days after signing on with Jonathan. He was there for me every single day if I needed him. He saw me through the worst time of my life. He was calm through my storm !!! I had a beautiful home but no pool, and it was an excruciating experience to be told that I had a beautiful home, long lake view and an extra large lot, but no pool. He gave me hugs when I was totally distraught and feeling hopeless, truly hopeless and alone. Jonathan is exceptional !!!! Priscilla Burg
