From the initial phone interview all the way to closing day, Blaze delivered and demonstrated a very professional and knowledgeable approach to the sale of our condo in Naples. The property was closed within days after going on market and during the closing process it felt like we were being completely taken care of which allowed us to focus on our work and family life. As we viewed properties, Bruce LISTENED to what I said and adjusted viewings accordingly. Always willing to show any property requested. Extensive knowledge of properties across the spectrum. I was a first time buyer in Florida and Bruce was extremely helpful in dealing with requirements regarding wind mitigation and insurance.
