Bruce is an outstanding realtor and a really good person. At the start, he listened to our needs and provided the perfect advice during our house search. Once we picked a development he was extremely helpful in our effort to find the best lot, in dealing with the developer and in finalizing a contract. He also helped monitor the house during construction and assisted with the closing. In short, Bruce was superb throughout the process and we highly recommend him.

Heather and Keri were amazingly helpful and informative. We enjoyed working with them and plan on working with them again in the future. They correctly priced our home for sale, and walked us through every step of the sale. We were selling a home from out of town, and Keri and Heather were so accomodating and attentive. They handled every detail including meeting with people to make sure our home was ready to sell, dealt with inspections and took care of everything leading up to the closing. We have sold several homes, and by far, this sale was our most pleasant and easy transaction. We look forward to buying another home in Florida and will use their expertise because they understand the Florida market very well.
