I've worked with Danielle on numerous other purchases/sales/rentals and from start to finish, she is just the best! Before we even listed, she came over to see our home and talked to us about what updates and improvements would help us get the best sales price for the least investment. She helped us come up with an asking price that was both realistic and would help generate a quick sale, but also that was in line with what we wanted to get for the sale. We had four showings in the first four days we were on the market and had a full price offer by day five! Not only did she make selling our house a breeze, we bought at the same time - making an offer that was accepted the same day we received the offer on our listing! Buying and selling simultaneously is incredibly stressful and I have no idea how people do it all the time, but I know we NEVER would have been able to get through the whole crazy process without Danielle! We'll ALWAYS use her!

Wow! Melanie made the process of buying a house extremely easy! Since my girlfriend and I had never purchased a home before, we had heard horror stories from friends and family about getting lousy realtors. Melanie was incredibly honest, professional, and communicative. She was always available to address any questions we had. She never made us feel uneasy and supported us at every turn. Not to forget that you need a strong advocate in this market that is knowledgeable and ready to act. Melanie was quick on her feet and coached us properly through a multiple offer situation. First, I must disclose that I, myself, am a real estate agent located in NJ. I pride myself on providing top notch service to my clients. So I guess you could say that I am probably more critical of other agents than most, because I know how this job should be done. I can honestly say that Bill and Stacey are fantastic. They knew exactly what we were looking for and found it for us. As I’m sure many do in the Florida market, we bought our property sight unseen. Bill and Stacey FaceTimed us from the property a few times and pointed out things that we need to be aware of. There were no surprises when we finally saw the property in real life. All of the vendors that they recommended were top notch and our closing went very smoothly without any hiccups. I would highly recommend Bill and Stacey to anyone looking for a property in the Naples area. This discerning real estate agent was beyond pleased with our experience.
