Anyone reading this review should feel that they are in the best of hands with Stacy Witthoff and Scott Needles. I have bought three homes with Stacy, and the service I receive gets better each time. Not only do my family's needs get met with the appropriate home, but her counseling and advice in the pre-sale AND post-sale period is invaluable. I have no reservation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy in the Marco Island/Naples FL area

I met Cheryl Acquafresca at a didial event and liked her right away. I am an agent in CT and we have similar styles. What strikes me the most was Cheryl’s professionalism’s. I knew right away she had a very strong work ethic. I knew she would be the one to work well with us during this transaction. I’m sure I drove her crazy as I was always comparing how “we do things in CT” but she never let it show. Transaction start to finish in 60 days. Thank you Cheryl!

The bottom line is that our experience with Jill was "Excellent". I don't believe there is a sales associate who would have a more intimate knowledge of The Colony than Jill, particularly the Towers. Jill's factual knowledge and historical perspectives were extremely beneficial as we researched our options. Her even temperament and unbiased insights smoothed the troubled waters of negotiations. She represented both the buyer and seller......and handled the potentially challenging negotiations in a very professional, unemotional manner. My wife and I don't feel that we could have had a better partner in pursuing our desire to have a home in the Colony.

We dealt with Dave for multiple seasons when we visited Naples. And during the "off-season" he supplied us with emails of potential properties to purchase. During our extended search for the "right" property, he was always helpful and always offered the appropriate critique of the condos we viewed. And he tolerated our periods of indecision.

Judy Hansen and her team once again were outstanding in every step of the purchase experience.
