We are very pleased with Michelle and all the time she took with us. It was an unusual purchase/sale experience for all as we (purchasers) were mainly doing things from Wisconsin. But Michelle is a real trooper. She kept us on track but pointed us in different directions to evaluate all we were considering. Michelle is very professional and we would highly recommend her. We truly enjoyed working with her and we especially appreciate her keeping her patience with us!

We’ve worked with Sarah Thompson in the past when we purchased our first home in Naples. Sarah puts our needs and interests first above all else when looking for a property. We were looking for a condo in Fort Myers or Cape Coral and had very specific needs. Danielle was excellent, helping us zoom in on the condo complexes that would suit our needs. She also recommended an excellent Mortgage broker. She was a lot of fun to look with and very informative. We found several places we liked. Unfortunately, we decided to buy in another part of Florida. However, if we decide to go back to Fort Myers, Danielle will be our first call. She is great to work with, I highly recommend her.

Danielle recently helped me to purchase a condo in Cape Coral, FL. I live in New York and had no meaningful local knowledge. I reached out to Danielle via a Zillow listing and she immediately set about helping me to select some apartments for viewing when I flew down for that purpose. She was also kind enough to arrange some viewings of other apartments that my girlfriend and I had found on Zillow even though she had misgivings about the suitability of some of them.Danielle obviously knew the market very well. We ended up buying a condo in the first building that she showed us. She had clearly done a good job of listening to what we wanted and applying her knowledge of the market to find the best choice.

Lisa is, by far, the real estate agent who goes to the ends of the earth to achieve the desired results for the seller! We hired her to sell my parent's property in Cape Coral. Not really knowing what the market might be there (we live in Virginia and Michigan), she immediately went to work. She did her research, and in our minds, performed magic in putting the house on the market in record time. She even arranged an open house within days! She was such a delight to work with! She got us "above and beyond" our wildest dreams of a selling price! There is no doubt she is "the best!" If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me. I cannot say enough about her.
