Right from my first contact with Sally, she went above and beyond her official function as our professional realtor. She connected us with a realtor who found us a Naples condo to rent for the month of January so that we could be in Naples while she helped us to find a condo to purchase. She then accommodated a change in the date of our arrival from January to June due to unexpected surgery. While here for the month she was very attentive in showing us condos for sale that met our preferences and budget and when we changed our focus to a community of homes at Riviera Golf Estates, Sally was right with us in investigating what was available. She kept in contact during another unexpected delay due to surgery, guided us through the details of making the purchase and we moved into our new home on November 10th. Throughout the process of buying this home, Sally suggested local businesses, from supermarkets and restaurants to a tile retailer. Throughout, she was knowledgeable and friendly and caring. She is definitely a 5-Star human and professional.

Terri did a wonderful job for us. She coordinated everything from afar for us as we were selling a house in Florida and all of us were 2000+ miles away. She had excellent contacts on the island to facilitate repairs and maintenance items. Always a little bit of luck involved in a transaction but ours was exceptionally smooth and fast - I attribute a lot of that to Terri and her team. Thank you.

Angela and Ryan went above and beyond! They did whatever it took to make everything go smoothly in a very difficult situation. True professionals that take interest in every situation we came up against and figured it out. I would highly recommend them. We appreciated all their help and the way they accommodate everyone’s needs, since buyers had an attorney Ned Hale representing them who didn’t do a thing except made a mess of everything. We have moved numerous times in almost every big City in the northeast and in some cases more than once. Transferring to Dallas Texas and moving there 3 separate times. Lorri is truly the best of the best and no one, and I mean NO ONE has ever displayed the utmost professionalism and thoughtful caring personality. Her attention to detail with a very strong get it done attitude, doing it right the first time ,all the time was and is in her strong work ethic. They say buying and selling a house is one of the most stressful experiences one goes through, but in our case with lots and lots of experience ,working with Lorri was a most enjoyable experience and adventure. She was ALWAYS there for us no matter what the issue or issues were in a calm professional manner but most importantly her heart. She has a caring heart you would expect from a close friend who truly cares about you as a person. This World needs more people like her and because of her the World is a better place.
