Maureen knows real estate. She goes above and beyond what is needed to close the home She has the connections for inspections and repairs necessary to complete the sale in a timely manner. Lyn has led three transactions for us in the past 18 months (two sales and one purchase). the agent was excellent. We had already located a lot for sale on zillow and wanted more information. She even sent us information on about 10 similar lots so that we could compare and even checked the listings to help determine which ones were expecting us to pay certain settlement fees so that we could accurately compare the prices for the lots. She also drove to the lots and took pictures from multiple angles so that we could look for possible problems/concerns. THANK YOU KRISTI!
