Wayne was outstanding to work with. He went above and beyond in all aspects of my transaction. In looking for a house he took me to many properties including ones that weren’t on the market yet. When it came time to decide, he encouraged me to pick the property that was best suited for me not the most expensive one. As we worked through to closing, he was responsive to all requests immediately and had many resources that made the transaction easy. From contract to closing took 21 days.
