Juliane is amazing. I couldn't ask for better service. She listened to my desires and needs and found the perfect house for me. Once I got serious about buying, it only took us 2 days to make a decision and put in a contract. She stuck by my side throughout the whole mortgage and closing process. She was my go-to person the entire process. Even when it should have been the mortgage guy's job to do, she stepped in when I was getting dissatisfied with him. When I arrived at my new house from out of state, she left a wonderful welcome greeting of household and food supplies. This was very refreshing after 2 days of driving with 2 dogs and lots of stuff to unpack! It's been 2 months since I moved into my wonderful Naples home and Juliane still checks in on me to see how I'm doing and if I need anything. I not only gained a great realtor, but also made a new friend. I feel so blessed have met and worked with Juliane. If you want someone that really knows the Naples areas, has a keen sense of her customer and their desires then call Juliane. You won't go wrong with her representing you.

I don't even know where to begin when talking about Lisa. I will start with she is the BEST! Selling and buying a house while out of state has its challenges! Lisa was always available and soooo helpful, she has always gone above and beyond for us! She always remains calm and keeps me calm (which is not the easiest task). She is very knowledgable and keeps us up to date on what is available as well as what is going on in the market. Lisa is definately my go to Realtor!

"Blair was absolutely great to work with in purchasing our home on Marco Island. He has great market knowledge, was always on time, and provided us with a written list of what we were to see every day, which was a tremendous help as we saw ten to twelve house a day. At the end of each day I received a email summarizing the houses we visited with a detailed list of what we liked or disliked about each home. The unthinkable happened when the sale of our house fell through on the day of closing, with our permanent return to the U.K. booked for the next day. Then, in stepped Tripp. He literally asked for our house keys and said "You go back to the U.K. as planned, and don't worry, I'll attend to everything for you". True to his word he arranged for the electricity to be reconnected, gardeners and pool man, and, very importantly, spent time at our house when workmen were there. He marketed the property again, and handled anything and everything for us right up to closing, with regular e-mail updates on progress. We feel deeply indebted to him and will always be so grateful as he went way outside the box to rescue us. Look no further - Tripp is the guy!
