Monika and her team are excellent. From my the initial meeting I knew she was the right real estate agent to sell my home. She knows the Naples market and specifically understands what buyers are looking for by listening to them. She qualifies every prospect before bringing them into your home. She held two open houses and gained insight into what home features the early season prospects were interested in. She explained the qualities of my home and the special features it has to every prospect and she sold my home in record time. We met Tade & Emily at an open house. We were "just looking." We just wanted to see what was available, and planned to possibly buy in a year or two. Tade was very easy to work with, and never at all pressured us into making any decisions. When we showed interest in this particular house, she even suggested we see some similar houses to be sure we were making the best decision for us. We stuck with the original house, and Tade made the whole transaction the easiest and quickest of any house deal we've ever made. She always responded quickly to all of our requests, and gave us all the information we needed to buy and learn all we needed to about the house and neighborhood to make the move smoothly and easily. We have a house we plan to sell soon, and we've already asked Tade to handle the sale for us. She has proven to us that she puts her clients first before, during, and after the sale. Debbie Zvibleman is a terrific broker. She knows her market and she takes the time to understand her customers. Tennis at an appropriate level for me was a big concern. Debbie introduced me to a friend of hers who lives in Naples and is about my age and level of tennis player. We spoke several times. His input was critical in making me comfortable to buy where we did. Debbie is very responsive. Our first call to Debbie occurred when we were on Longboat Key. We called her to hopefully tour some communities the following day. Debbie arranged an excellent tour the next day with her associate. I heartily recommend her.

Lina is the best broker we have ever worked with, and we have transacted with at least 15 brokers in the last 25 years! It's a tough market now (December 2024), and she was able to sell our property.
