Stacey was awesome. She tracked down some vendors for me and set up appointments for my time down in Cape Coral to meet with them as well as letting me know the true value of the property. Very proactive and responsive and very open with communication. Helped me with documents to forward on to people like the lender and insurance people when I was having trouble locating them on my end. Created a whole book on the property as well as the canal issue and vendors for me to reach out to for services for the house. She is definitely an A player, and I would not hesitate for a second to use her again or refer her to friends, family or acquaintances. Thank you Stacey for your efforts and dedication for making this house purchase a smooth transaction and transition.

Albie Varoski did an outstanding job in helping me find a condo. He was honest, thorough, responsive and helpful. He pointed out the pros and cons of the condo I was leaning toward with full disclosure on any potential negatives. I truly felt he wanted me to make the very best decision for me. He was extraordinarily thorough after the decision was final and made every attempt to help me with all that was required for the closing. He met with my decorator and the inspector at the condo before the closing and was available to me for questions, advice, etc. I would strongly recommend Albie Varoski to anyone looking for property in Naples, Florida.

When I was ready to list my house I had to pick a realtor so I looked around and found Danny well thank God cause he made it easy going when you call him he gets back to you So you ask him the question and if he doesn't have the answer he called the person and get back to you he always took the time out to tell you what the right way to do things so if I have to buy a home or to sell one again you bet I will be dealing with Danny
