We are moving out of state so a video testimonial probably won't work. We would give Candice Carter the highest rating possible. She was right on top of everything. She immediately got our house on the market and held an open house. She expertly assessed the market price point and gave us pointers on what improvements to make to the house and how to stage it. Finally she expertly handled the offers and negotiations for the sale of the house. It was an amazing experience thanks to Candice. We are 100% satisfied with the entire process.
