It was an absolutely wonderful experience working with Jake Arden from the Arden Group and John R. Wood Properties! From start to finish, he made the entire process of selling our home smooth and stress-free. Jake was not only incredibly knowledgeable about the market but also very attentive to our needs and preferences. Lynne Hancock went above and beyond to accommodate our limited schedule. She did her research. She listened to our wants and needs and ultimately got us the house of our dreams. We hired Chad as our agent when building our home, and then we hired him again to sell the home. He was so helpful in both transactions as we never purchased property in Florida before. He also had a list of contacts that helped with projects after we purchased the home. I highly recommend using Chad when you are getting ready to buy or sell a home.
