I have known Linda for several years so when it came to choosing a realtor for my sale, there was no other choice for me. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I was a real estate agent several years ago. I know experienced, good agents from the 1st timers that have minimal knowledge of the sales process. I also am familiar with the agents that are pushy sales agents that just want a quick sale. Been there, seen it. Kyle Suhr is an experienced, excellent sales agent. I will use him to sell a condo I expect to put on the market for sale in @ 6 months.
