Keith is without comparison in the Florida real estate market. We looked all over, including Sawgrass, Longboat Key in Sarasota, John's Island. Market throughout most of 2015 was barren. Keith kept us and our parameters in mind, never once tried to show us anything he knew was outside our chosen parameters and finally was able to deliver exactly what we needed and wanted. His support and advice during the bidding and closing process were extremely helpful, and, after we move to Naples next month, our anticipation is that he will become a good social friend.
