Nelson was amazing and helped us not only find the perfect house but fought for us when we needed the help the most. He was available day and night to answer questions or let us in to view our new home. His assistant Michael was also just as amazing! Our closing was a nightmare but Nelson and Michael made it all worth it! Couldn’t have been happier and wish I could have given him 10 stars!

Extremely professional team. We were impressed by the thorough market analysis Nicola and Rae presented at our listing interview. They also arranged for (and paid for!) a home staging expert to give us decorating recommendations. They were meticulous in their communication, and prepared high-quality marketing materials for the listing. As a result of their hard work, our home sold in less than a month--in a very slow market. Even after the sale was complete, Nicola continued to provide exceptional service. Our mail was not getting forwarded properly; Nicola coordinated with the buyer, gathered all of our mail, and sent it to us--twice! This is the kind of service that sets this team apart from the pack. We have relocated away from Naples, but should we ever buy there again, we will without hesitation enlist the services of Rae and Nicola.

Lyn Reddy is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. She is professional, efficient and always accessible and responsive. She listens extremely well to gain an understanding of client "wants" and is very knowledgeable about market conditions. Lyn also has a keen attention to detail, hard work ethic and follows through on everything. Lastly, Lyn is just a good person and fun to be with! An absolute professional who made my buying experience so easy. Her knowledge of real estate and the VA process is impeccable. From the first phone call to closing she lead us through the process with ease. I could not recommend her any more highly. I will definitely be using her in about a year and a half when I move closer to the beach. You will not be disappointed with her representing you. She honestly made me feel like I was her only client.
