I don’t think I’d be alone in saying that selling a house is never a walk in the park, but I must say Danny got us about as close as I think you can get! He is aggressive, yet professional & extremely knowledge about the whole process. He kept us up to date & informed on all aspects of selling our house from showings to the closing signing. JIm Scartz and his associate Cheryl Aquarfresca did an excellent job in selling my home. They suggested good ideas in staging the home and they also helped immensely with the pricing and the going rates in the market. Suzanne did an excellent job. She understood the market and was very adept and pricing the property to sell after considering the condition of the unit and the amount of work that would be required to update it. Once listed the property sold quickly. Suzanne was very helpful and attentive during the sale process. Finally, I enjoyed working with Suzanne.
