Heidi assisted us for 4 long years, as she worked to help us sell a house, and then to purchase our new one. We moved from North Naples to South Naples, and we could NOT have accomplished any of it without her. Heidi carried the day to get our house in North Naples sold and the transaction closed. She helped us choose a new house and worked closely with the JRW realtor representing the buyers. She is simply a consummate professional and represented us beautifully. We cannot say enough about her skills and abilities. She is the best of the best.

Angelo and Nancy There aren't enough superlatives to describe our experience in dealing with Resort Harbour Properties and Angelo Celmo - and Nancy. In March, 2009, we were in Ft. Myers to look for a new winter retreat as the drive to our current one, Yuma, AZ was getting to be just too far. A mutual friend put us in touch with Angelo. He did everything possible to find listings of properties that he thought would meet our criteria - price, size, location, etc. and then took us to check out the promising ones. We found a perfect place and had a closing date scheduled - three times - but our lender missed all three dates and the sellers, in frustration, took the property off the market. We had already returned to our Michigan home when we found out our purchase had fallen through. Angelo called us with the bad news but added that his experience was that when one door closed, another opened - words of hope. We were determined to buy a place in Ft. Myers so returned there the end of June, 2009, enlisted Angelo's excellent property finding skills again and within days, found our dream Florida winter home. Angelo even rearranged his schedule to accommodate our time in Ft. Myers. As an aside, we had purchased some furniture for the "sure thing" property that we thought we had bought but fell through and Angelo even solved the problem of where to store this furniture. This was way above the call of duty of a realtor. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being extremely satisfied, we unhesitatingly give a 12+! We were so pleased with our business relationship with Angelo and Nancy that we now consider them personal friends.

Over the past fifty years – we have lived in five states and bought and sold six houses. Our latest house, sold here in Naples was handled by Keller Williams Realty, Naples. the Realtors used in prior location’s were satisfactory, but none can compare with that we usedhere in Naples. Before being listed, we were met with Nico Paredes who arranged to have two companies come in to prepare the house for visits. Accent Cleaning Services and a Professional Photographer were brought in and created a fantastic photographic presentation and a very clean house !! . Soon after this was conducted – a well organized series of site visits were planned – both Open House and individual clients were planned at very convenient times But alas – after many site visits – we were able to sign off the sale after almost TWO weeks. Nico and his team were spectacular, well mannered and very helpful in advice and time given” - PJM - 5 Star
