Simon truly understands the needs and what the client is really looking for in the Florida real estate market. We worked several years ago with another broker in the Florida market and they kept steering us to product that was not suited for us. When we met Simon it was just the opposite experience, he listened to what we were looking for, and showed us the appropriate condo's and houses. We just purchased a small condo and plan on coming down several times next season to work with Simon once again to look for our house that we plan on living in during the full winter months. We will be referring Simon to all our friends of similar age as they are starting the process of looking down south as we were. John R Wood has a great reputation I believe because of associates like Simon.

Nico … was THE best agent I have ever worked with. I was a practicing agent for nearly 15 years so have been on both sides of a real estate transaction before. He was hands-down the most helpful, kind and wise agent I have worked with. No matter what happened during the sales process I 100% knew I was in excellent hands with a superb agent who had my back. In the end, we closed on the perfect house for us even though there were numerous other offers on the table. Nico was our realtor in the purchase of our new home. From day 1 he was very professional and attentive. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the services we received from Nico. He was always available to answer our many questions, and was very clear on his responses and if he didn't have the answer he didn't just give us an "I don't know" answer, he looked for and got back to us with the correct answer to our question. He walked me through the process, as a first time buyer, and was very patience with us. The service and treatment we received from Nico were exceptional and we couldn't be more happier with his work. He was always on time to our meetings, which were more than just a couple, and he was there, available and timely, even when we asked to have our own person look at things in the house just to be on the safe side. As a 1st time buyer, I could not have asked for a better realtor, who helped me keep calm and reassured me through the way, making it less stressful than it usually is. Todd sold our condominium in 5 days. He did comprehensive market research to set an aggressive but reasonable price. He staged the condominium for optimum “curb appeal”. Then he negotiated the best price for us as sellers. In addition to that, he provided services over and above what one would normally expect from a realtor. He helped us prepare our property for transition to the new owners. As one specific example, he returned our Xfinity internet router since we had already returned to Minnesota. All in all, Todd provided a very positive experience for us in selling our condominium.

Lisa was fantastic - she was friendly, helpful and patiently answered numerous questions on house buying - we're English and not familiar with the US system. We would highly recommend her and she definitely made the process far easier than it could have been.
