Chadd Phipps was extremely patt& a hard worker for us. The market is tough at this time but Chadd never gave up. In fact became VERY CREATIVE and tried many different techniques to make a sale. Amy Romero was with me all along the journey. I cannot recommend her enough. Ten stars! Amy was constantly in touch with me keeping me well informed. She did more than was required of her. She helped me find a lawn service when mine quit. She helped me stage. She checked on the house after hurricane and informed me of a leak in the ceiling. She offered to meet roof repair people , lawn people, pool people! She was always checking with me about options. And wanted to know what I wanted. I sold my house for the price I had wanted. My wife and I decided to relocate to the United States from Japan / South Korea. With a container full of moving items en route, we were pressed to find a home that not only was available in a short time, but also something that made sense for us functionally and financially.Having used agents in Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and the USA I have had quite a bit of experience in the process, but Georgia blew my expectations out of the water. She made it her focus to keep me updated with options, help me avoid money pits and parts of town that were not going to result in any decent appreciation. Continuing to go above and beyond she was able to meet with me and my family on short notice a few times to see new listings, and never got tired when we had to walk away from an option.After a long list of prospect options that we decided to pass on for one reason or another, Georgia was able to locate us a great place to call home with solid bones and minimal investments needed to bring the house up to speed. I actually moved to the United States before my wife as she was sorting things back in Asia. So this complicated us finding the right place by being limited to video calls and photos but Georgia was able to work with us. Ultimately having my wife actually see our home with her own eyes for the first time and almost in tears being so happy was a great moment in our life and Georgia helped bring that moment together. Our moving truck finally arrived the day after closing and with a bit of luck everything ended up working out quite wonderfully.We could not have done it without her services, and it goes without saying that comparing Georgia's skills, attention to detail, and dedication to some of the best agents around the globe that I have worked with, I would have to say she is at the top of my list by long shot. If you have the opportunity to work with her you should absolutely jump at the chance. She will give you all the information you could ever dream to know, and if she does not know something she is quick to act and find out for you.Her thoughts and opinions are honest and fair and it was very comforting to know that even if I liked a property and she knew it, she would still not be afraid to point out the flaws as she was thinking about the big picture and was not focused on the sale or commission but for making sure we were happy long term and setting up a returning client for years to come.Georgia, from my wife and I both, we are very grateful and look forward to the next time we see you. Lynne Hancock was wonderful! She constantly went beyond the the basic duties of a realtor and helped us understand the process of choosing and buying our first home. She was never out of touch, so it was easy to ask her questions. She masterfully worked around our busy schedules so the time we had available to see houses was used effectively. I would gladly work with her again or recommend her to a friend!

Chad is the epitome of a Real Estate Agent. When people do a Google search on a perfect real estate agent, Chad Long‘s name should appear at the top of the list. He has been helping us find the right home for the last few years and has held our hand the whole way. He has shown us many properties but still had the patience of Job. We finally found a house with Chad. He did whatever it took to negotiate the best price and to get the deal done. I would highly recommend Chad.
