First, my parents were friends with Wanda and John Wood, so I knew that I wanted to use a John R Wood realtor. When we were ready to sell our condo, my husband happened to walk by an Open House with a John R Wood sign. Inside he found John Robert, III. My husband came home with the news that he had found a perfect realtor to handle the sale of our condo. And he was right. John Robert is a most gracious and caring person; he really wants the best for his clients, and he creates an environment of calm no matter what happens with the selling process. We listed our condo in late summer/early spring and it was pretty slow, but John continued to have open houses and continuously encouraged us with the comments that people made on the property. Eventually we did get the perfect price (thanks to John for continuing the negotiation) so we were all comfortable with the price by the end. After the inspection and before the closing, John worked hard to make sure that all the repairs were handled and when I couldn't find someone to do the work, he could and did. Bottom line, the closing was last Friday and we could not be happier. The new tenant seems like a really nice person and I know she will love the condo. And the price was just fine. The only downside is we don't get to chat with John Robert anymore. You've got yourself an amazing realtor! Congratulations!

Quickly took our situation and gave expert advice as to pricing and sell ability. Took their advice to furnish the unit while they did ALL the shopping and worked with me digitally to finalize all purchases-completed within budget and tastefully procured. LeAne’s team also personally delivered the furniture and set it into place. We worked on re-pricing and staying in close contact through open houses and movements in the market. A reasonable offer was received and closed. Really outstanding people and premier services.
