Susie was stellar on every level. My property was not an easy sell and she had it under contract in less than a month amid the corona crisis. She left no stone unturned. Service was amazing. She even spot cleaned my house due to corona I was unable to get someone and I had already relocated. Online presentation was excellent. Settlement went smooth and seamless. Communication from start to end was stellar as well.

We met Ellen during an open house a few months earlier. She told us at the time, that she lived in the neighborhood we were focused on. So when we were ready to see most houses with an agent of our own, we wanted someone with an good understanding of the area. We got that and much more! When we came to Naples for a long weekend, she cleared her schedule and focused on us. We visited quite a few houses that day, maybe too many! The next day, we went back to a few before making an offer. It happened quickly, but Ellen did not push us. She waited until we were ready. She was essential to the smooth buying and closing process, because we were no longer in Florida during that time. We would highly recommend Ellen to others!
