Dean is truly a pleasure to work with. As another reviewer mentioned, he treats every client as a million dollar client. He is so very capable and his people skills are exceptional. You can tell his primary goal is to help his clients find their happy place in beautiful SW Florida. We will miss him because he really brought the fun to the entire process. He did a great job of identifying ways to improve the property and successfully negotiated these improvements before we closed. His communications and accessibility were top-notch. All of the rave reviews on Dean are well deserved and we highly recommend.

My experience with Patrick was absolutely wonderful and would highly recommend to friends and family. My wife and I made arrangements to meet Patrick for a few days and traveled from NYC to Naples Florida where we meet for the first time. We went to see one of the communities on the first day and Patrick took time out of his schedule to give us a tour of Naples since it was out first time there. Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and has deep ties to Naples community and showed us homes in communities that best suited our needs. Patrick's customer service was above and beyond and treated us as we were part of his family which very few real estate agents do. Being in Naples for the first time, Patrick was kind enough to treat both of us to Naples Princess cruise which was very much appreciated. What was the most important was the amazing deal Patrick was able to work out for us in the beautiful community of Riverstone in North Naples. My wife and I could not have been any happier to get the deal that we did and Patrick working with the seller to get it done. Since this was an investment property that we were looking to rent, he offered to help find a renter and work with property management company that we hired which is another example of Patrick going above and beyond customer service. We also wanted to get estimates on a few minor repairs found during inspection and Patrick offered to meet handyman at the home which is an another example of being very accommodating. Patrick is not only our Real Estate Agent but glad to call him a dear friend and plan on getting together in our next visit to Naples. For anyone who is looking for a Real Estate Agent who is enthusiastic, accommodating and enjoys working with his clients, then Patrick Dearborn is your guy!!!
