Mrs. Young is an excellent Realtor. She followed through with every detail from initial showing on Nov. 15th to the closing on Dec. 31st. We contacted her by phone from Ohio a month after the showing, and she graciously arranged our offer by phone and email of documents. We accepted a counter offer within 24 hours, and she completed the purchase documents all online very promptly. Mindy is a real professional. She knows the market cold, shows up on time and moves things forward. I have now purchased two homes through Mindy and referred her to my best friend who also bought a wonderful house with her help. Mindy's follow up and follow through one my condo sale was tremendous. There were lots of odds and ends that required attention. I do not live in the area and Mindy attended to everything. I would highly recommend Mindy for any home sale or purchase in the Naples.
