The service Petra provided was great. Since we did not know from the outset, which part of the world we wanted to choose for our winter retreat, the first part of the search was related to promote the location - Naples. We were not swamped in a lot listings, but given some examples, which were used to find out our preferences. Following our decision to take Naples, we were guided professionally through the process of selecting a condo, which was in line with our taste. At the end during the bidding process we were helped with expert advice and negotiating know how. Besides the attributes already mentioned as professional, expert advising, knowledge in negotiations we were valued the interpersonal skills. It was always easy to communicate with Petra, even in the difficult last step of the process during the bidding part. She was always friendly and very helpful.
