She did a superb job of arranging the condo, and adding some flourishes for maximum effect. Jill Pyszkowski sold our house in the Ventura community of Pelican Marsh. She gave us excellent suggestions about decluttering the house before we put it on the market. She arranged for pictures to be taken of the house and property, and selected those that made our house show well. Jill knows the area very well and was able to answer any questions potential buyers had about the area. Communication was excellent. Jill always answered our phone calls promptly or called us back quickly. She kept us informed of issues raised by potential buyers and made suggestions if needed. She was sensitive to our concerns and gave appropriate advice based on her previous experiences. She was always professional in dealing with us and handled our closing professionally.
